I have recently published Sponza HDRP conversion on my personal GitHub page.
I started this conversion back in 2018 as showcase project for an AMD event. Since then, it was used internally at Unity as a GI test project. I have decided to make this project publicly available. It should be a good fit for anyone looking to expand their knowledge in HDRP, baked GI, and physically-based lighting.
